Tenant payments still own the money
Payments → Tenant payments is the source of truth: pending vs overdue, rent vs deposit. WhatsApp is how the tenant hears about a due and how they send proof.
When proof arrives, staff tap Verify or Reject. Cash still uses Record payment.
Campaigns for beds that went cold
Bookings → Campaigns sends a stay offer to selected leads. The message links to your live listing on kyasti.com.
Tickets and visits on the same channel
Visit scheduled / cancelled and ticket updates also go out on WhatsApp. Staff are not hunting a second inbox.
