- Mark rent and deposits paid
- Assign tickets to vendors

Choose lease when you want hands-off returns
You hand over day-to-day hostel or PG operations under commercial terms you agree with us. Kyasti fills beds, runs stay ops, KYC and collections. You get payout visibility instead of a warden WhatsApp group.
Lease is not “the same screens with a different logo”. It is an operating agreement. Software can still show you occupancy and payouts depending on the deal.
A practical way to decide
Ask three questions:
- Do I have a manager I trust with a Manager role, or am I the night desk?
- Is vacancy my main pain (sales) or collections my main pain (finance)?
- Would I rather spend a week mapping rooms, or negotiate a lease yield?
If (1) is “I have a manager”, start with software. If (1) is “I live in another city and nobody is accountable”, start with lease.
